Symbolist On The Air – Interviews with Symbolist on Recognition, Influence and Engagement

paul hebert[Symbolist On The Air – 3 New Interviews From Paul Hebert-VP Solution Design. Read more about him on our Leadership page.]

Sometimes you just have to toot your own horn.

This is one of those times.

Over the past few weeks folks here at Symbolist (we call ourselves Symboli) have been interviewed and participated in no less than 3 (and no more than 3 either) different interviews on a variety of subjects.  While our writing here on the blog is entertaining to be sure – we actually are more fun to talk to in person.

At least we think so.

Below are the three places you can listen in and get to know us a little better…

Review of RPI

Learn more about the Recognition Professionals International group (one of us Symboli – Brian Dodds is the Prez…) in this interview on Everything Internet Radio Show.  Link to the page is here and to listen right away click here.

How Symbols Can Be Used for Employee Engagement

numeral2Want to know how we use symbols to drive greater employee engagement?  Sure you do.  Kris Dunn from HRCapitalist, Fistful of Talent and Kinetix did, and he asked Tom Miller (our Prez) and me to come on the CYA Show on FOT and give him the rundown.  The web page about it is here – or go straight to the interview here.

How to Influence Behavior

And finally – want to learn a quick and easy way to influence behavior using some simple social psychology principles?  Then listen in on my conversation with John Cunningham from the cool site readitfor.me.  Here’s a link to the page and if you want to listen right away then there click here.

So there ya go… three different interviews on three different topics.

That should hold you for a while.

At least until you can see us in person at the upcoming Influence HR conference in NY next month – or the RPI conference in January or the Louisiana 2014 SHRM event or… well – you’ll have to wait to see all the great places we’ll be visiting in 2014.

Thanks for listening!
